Since the birth of my son in 2011, I have embarked my family on a journey towards a real foods diet. I have always loved to cook and would do my best to eat things I thought were healthy. Naturally, when my son was born, and progressed towards eating solids, I only wanted to feed him things that were the best - what mother wouldn't, right?
